Who has never dreamed of going back in time and changing the course of history?

After the success of the first performances at Arsenal Contemporary Art Montreal in 2022 and a series of shows in Quebec City last May, Until we die by Brigitte Poupart returns to Arsenal Contemporary Art Montreal.

Come and live an experience combining circus, dance and electronic music in a new kind of theatrical form!

The scenography evokes an apartment building divided in space. The lighting reveals different rooms of this building through which we see the scenes of the show evolve. This building and its appendages form a city which the spectator is free to interpret and to locate in his own way until he discovers that he is part of it. A show where the audience is called to move freely through the sets and scenes making its own journey.

The audience becomes a privileged voyeur of stories that intersect, respond to each other and reveal bruised characters, haunted by a past more gentle than this crumbling world. An unreal reality that expresses itself in ways other than words. This is not a traditional theater show. It is a unique approach to performance art, as the audience interacts with its environment. There are several locations to explore as well as several scenarios that unfold simultaneously to end in the same place.

An immersive experience combining circus, dance and electronic music in a theatrical form.

Until we die by Brigitte Poupart redefines the usual conventions governing the relationship between spectators and performers: the “fourth wall” disappears while an unforgettable sensory experience awaits the public.

This is THE production of the hour not to be missed!
