True to its mission to support contemporary artistic production, Arsenal Contemporary Art Montreal proudly welcomes Canevas: Futur Symphonique, an immersive musical experience that reimagines the traditional format of the symphony orchestra. In a world where technology is omnipresent and where the codes of the orchestra concert have not changed since the 19th century, Canevas: Futur Symphonique promises to offer a new and enriched concert experience.
Breaking the fourth wall and overturning the conventions of orchestra performances, Canevas: Futur Symphonique invites the audience to wander amid a musical ensemble of 34 virtuosos surrounded by four large screens broadcasting images generated by the music in real time.
